I was recently commissioned to paint a family portrait for a 70th birthday present. I really enjoyed working on this project, it was refreshing to produce a piece of work without using any photoshop at all.

Recently I was interviewed by Taiwan based magazine DPI for their latest publication, Meticulous Art 3. I was very excited to be included amongst so many amazing artists. A big thank you to DPI magazine for involving me!

This is one sketchbook page from the Copenhagen Botanicals. Im not 100% sure what these plants are called, whatever they are they are my new fave thing to draw.

Harry and I spent this weekend in Copenhagen and had an amazing time. We did and saw loads, but one of my favourite places was the botanical gardens, I did a load of drawings there which I will put up soon. My favourite greenhouse was the one filled with cacti and strange, lumpy, root things that I don’t know the name of. Im planning on doing lots more drawings of them and have a few ideas for new projects.
